In addition to regular teaching, numerous events take place at the UZH every year in the form of congresses, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, festivals and many more. With the UZH Event Portal, the President's Services provides a web platform for event organizers at the University of Zurich, offering various services.

Event registration

Event registration

With our event tool, participants can register for events using an online form. The guests receive a ticket for their smartphone or to print out when attending events on site, or receive the participation link when attending virtual events.

Campus Jobs

We are currently setting up an online platform on which organizational units of UZH can post small support jobs and students can apply for them. Depending on the job type, we also organize training for students to ensure a high quality standard.

Welcome Desk

Welcome Desk

At the Welcome Desk in the entrance area of the main building, verbal information of all kinds is provided, for example about the events, the premises or about university studies and campus life. At events, we welcome the guests or distribute free tickets.
