Use the Event Portal to create registration pages and manage registrations, fees, tickets, check-in and emails. It works for on-site, online and hybrid events.
The main functions are available directly in the portal. We support you with setup for additional questions, categories and events with a participation fee.
Create one or more events with date, location, format, spots, waiting list and registration deadline.
Use required fields, additional questions, group registrations and optional edu-ID or AAI login.
Events with a participation fee can use different rates and accept payments via TWINT, PostFinance, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
Confirmations, reminders, participation links and tickets are sent or provided automatically.
Create a QR check-in link and download registrations or feedback as Excel files.
Several authorized users can work together. Feedback can be sent and reviewed directly in the portal.
For events with a participation fee, we need a few details. Then we set up fees and rates for you in the portal.
Events with a participation fee have a 2 percent fee. This covers payment processing and service. Payments go through our account and are transferred to your PSP element after the event.
Once we have all details, we request approval from Financial Services and then add the fees in the portal. Administration runs via the AVA-Portal .
