Summary Workshop "inclusive organizational culture" December 3, 2026, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM Enough places available 1 × free Why do some organizations succeed better than others in not only valuing diversity, but in making it a natural part of everyday life? An inclusive organizational culture creates an environment in which people of different backgrounds can contribute their strengths, feel a sense of belonging, and participate fully, regardless of gender, origin, or physical and mental abilities. It enhances motivation, well-being, and collaboration while creating important conditions for learning, innovation, and sustainable success. However, culture cannot simply be mandated. It emerges through the interaction of attitudes and behaviors, relationships, structures, and organizational conditions. This is precisely why its intentional development is challenging, yet entirely possible. In this workshop, we will explore together what characterizes an inclusive organizational culture and how it can be embedded sustainably. Participants will become familiar with key areas for action, exchange different perspectives, and take a closer look at their own organizations: What potential for development exists on the path toward the most inclusive version of their organization?
